Return policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the situation and remedy it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item, then, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return if your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method.
