Shipping Time

The time required to prepare an order and issue the invoice before shipping in-stock PRODUCTS is specified on the website Monderma-waterfilters.com. These times do not include weekends or public holidays.

An automatic email will be sent to the CLIENT when the PRODUCTS are shipped, provided the email address entered in the registration form is correct.

Delivery Times & Costs

During the ordering process, the SELLER informs the CLIENT of the possible delivery times and shipping options for the purchased PRODUCTS.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen delivery method. These costs are payable by the CLIENT in addition to the price of the purchased PRODUCTS. Details of delivery times and costs are available on the SITE.

Delivery Terms

The package will be delivered to the CLIENT against a signature and upon presentation of identification. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left for the CLIENT to collect the package at their local post office.

Delivery Issues

The CLIENT is informed of the delivery date when selecting the carrier at the end of the online ordering process, before confirming the order. Deliveries will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days. In the event of non-delivery within this period, the CLIENT may require the SELLER to deliver within a reasonable time. If the SELLER fails to deliver within this timeframe, the CLIENT may terminate the contract.

The SELLER will reimburse, without undue delay upon receiving the termination notice, the total amount paid by the CLIENT for the PRODUCTS, including taxes and shipping costs, using the same payment method as used for the purchase.

The SELLER is responsible until the PRODUCT is delivered to the CLIENT. The CLIENT has 48 hours to notify the carrier of any damage or partial losses identified upon delivery.
