Filtration for 3 to 5 people
Monderma 8.5 L Fountains: the Big size for your home
The Big 8.5 L collection features gravity-fed water fountains for regular use at home or in the office. The "3 to 5 people" guide helps you choose a size; it does not guarantee a full day's needs with a single refill. Your consumption, the filters installed, and their flow rate determine how often you need to refill.
Stainless steel tanks, no electrical connection
The fountain operates by gravity: water gradually passes through the filters and is collected in the bottom tank. The tanks are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and do not require plumbing connections.
Standard, sight-glass spigot, or Premium Pack
Choose between a standard stainless steel spigot, a spigot with a water level indicator, or a Premium Pack that also includes a stainless steel stand. Each product page details the contents of the set.
The Imperial GF and AMB configurations include two filters manufactured in the United States. GF combines a ceramic shell with granular activated carbon and zeolite; AMB combines ceramic with an activated carbon block and zeolite. The difference in their construction is presented in our GF and AMB comparison.
Use and maintenance
The Imperial configurations are intended for cold, potable tap water. Follow the instructions for setup, cleaning, and element replacement. The Monderma guideline is a maximum of 12 months after putting an Imperial pair into service, with earlier replacement if necessary; this is not a certified reduction duration for every contaminant.
Find the dates and scope of the documents on our Tests, certificates, and technical documentation page. The results concerning one sample do not automatically extend to all configurations in the collection.
